We took the students to the high school this morning. I had them for about half of first period, and we got back in the middle of 4th period, so the only class I had for an entire period was 6th. It was basically a lost day. I couldn't do much with them or I would get the classes out of sync, So I showed a video about Sir Isaac Newton. It was a really good biography some of the kids really liked it. The kids really enjoyed visiting the high school today. They were excited to see where they will be going to school next year and learning about what kind of classes they will be able to take. It was fun for me too, this school is about five times the size of the high school where I attended. I wish I would have had the opportunity that these kids will have in their high school experience. Oh well that is ancient history now.
