Its Monday the last week of my first Eight week placement. I started teaching my unit last Thursday. I was supposed to be observed on Wednesday but Dr. Gibson had to reschedule, so I am going to video one of my classes to send to her. I think I am going to do it tomorrow. I feel like I am getting better and better at my classroom management techniques. I am getting more comfortable teaaching and I can focus on more things than just presenting the material and concentrate on paying attention to what is going on in the classroom. I am starting to get a feel of watching what is going on in all corners of the classroom. I am sure there are things that happen that I don't see, but I hope I am getting better. I know that all of this will come with time and experience. I just want to be a good teacher who can be an influence on students lives like some teachers that I had was on my life.
