Friday, Feb. 20

Finally Friday. Today was a good day. The kids were ready for the weekend. They weren't to crazy though for a Friday. I kept them busy enough to keep down to much excitement. We watched a Brainpop on the Roman Empire as a bit of review for our bellringer. We then reiviewed yesterdays assignment, then took a section quiz. Then we started reading the Section 4 assignment. Like I said earlier we are going to finish this Chapter on Monday and hopefully get the test taken by Wednesday. I am starting to get to know the kids a little better. I am making some connections with some of them. It was a fast week. I think next week will go even faster. I will be teaching solo for the next two weeks. So I won't have too much down time. I am looking forward to it.
